These terms govern your use of the Pocket Paste application and this website, operated by [Your Name / Business Name] ("we", "us"). By downloading or purchasing Pocket Paste, you agree to them.
1. License grant
When you purchase Pocket Paste, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on the number of Macs your plan allows (1 Mac for Solo, 3 Macs for Trio). The purchase is one-time; updates are included at no extra charge.
2. Activations and devices
Each activation binds one Mac to your license key. You may deactivate a device at any time (in-app or via the License Tools page) to free the slot for another Mac. Circumventing activation limits or sharing license keys publicly is prohibited and may result in key deactivation.
3. Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by our merchant of record (payment provider), which is responsible for checkout, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
4. Trial
The free trial is provided so you can evaluate Pocket Paste before purchase. Continued use beyond the trial requires a valid license.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app except as permitted by law;
- resell, rent, or redistribute the app or license keys;
- use the app in violation of applicable laws.
6. Your data
Clipboard data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for your own backups.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
Pocket Paste is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
