If Pocket Paste isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full — no questions asked — for 14 days from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

1. Email sharengay18@gmail.com from the email address you purchased with (or include your order number / license key).
2. Optionally tell us what didn't work — it helps us improve, but it's not required.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, your license key and its device activations are deactivated.

After 14 days

We generally can't refund purchases older than 14 days, but if something is genuinely broken for you, write to us anyway — we'd rather fix the problem or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's money.
